Sales Trainer

Role Overview: As a Sales Trainer at Park Place Technologies, you will be responsible for assisting in the training and development of both entry-level and experienced sales professionals, with a particular focus on new hire sales training. Your main role will involve working closely with Sales Development Associates (SDAs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Account Managers to identify and qualify potential opportunities with prospects and customers. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and delivering just-in-time training sessions for all sales personnel within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in various stages of the sales process, including prospecting, discovery, quote review, and closing conferences. - Provide coaching and feedback to SDAs and BDRs post-conference calls and upon request. - Develop and conduct regular sales training sessions. - Offer insights and feedback to Sales Development Managers based on interactions and observations of SDAs and BDRs. - Stay updated on current technologies, competitive landscape, and industry trends. - Keep abreast of both sales and non-sales related company training programs through Uptime. - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for SDAs and BDRs to reinforce best practices and technical sales training. - Assist Sales Development Managers as needed. - Perform any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 1 year experience as a Park Place Account Manager or 2 years of external training and development experience, focusing on general sales skills. - Previous sales or sales management experience, preferably in a Business-to-Business or I.T. setting. - Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills.
