🧩 Role Overview

Process Trainer – Tamil

Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Responsibilities

🧑 🏫 Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions in

  Tamil

  covering process, product, and behavioral modules
• Facilitate engaging learning experiences using

  adult learning principles

• Conduct assessments, role plays, and knowledge checks to measure effectiveness
• Coach new hires and existing associates to meet

  quality & productivity benchmarks

📘 Process Knowledge Management

• Maintain strong and updated knowledge of assigned processes, SOPs, and guidelines
• Stay aligned with

  process changes, policy updates, and operational requirements

• Act as an

  SME

  for process-related queries during and post training

🔁 Gap-based Refresher Training & Knowledge Reinforcement

• Analyze performance metrics, QA scores, and feedback to identify skill gaps
• Plan and deliver

  gap-based refreshers, product updates, and FGDs

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance

  agent performance & customer experience

📝 Training Content Development & Updation

• Create, review, and update training materials (PPTs, FAQs, job aids, manuals)
• Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and alignment with latest process updates
• Customize training content as per audience and business needs

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with

  Operations, Quality, HR

  , and other stakeholders
• Share training insights, outcomes, and improvement recommendations
• Support audits, calibrations, and cross-functional initiatives

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written communication in

  Tamil (Mandatory)

  and

  Hindi (Mandatory)

• Proven experience as a

  Process Trainer

  in

  BPO / Contact Centre / Sales Support

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify training gaps
• Proficient in

  MS PowerPoint, Excel, and training documentation

🎓 Education

• Graduate in any discipline
• Training / Facilitation certification is a

  plus
