Role Overview:
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, conducting, and evaluating training programs that enhance the sales team’s skills in communication, negotiation, client handling, and closing deals. The role requires strong industry knowledge, practical training methodologies, and the ability to motivate and upskill professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver training programs for sales executives and managers.
Conduct role-plays, simulations, and site-visit trainings.
Build modules covering client communication, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Assess training needs and create customized solutions for different teams.
Monitor post-training performance and track improvement.
Keep updated with real estate trends and market insights to include in sessions.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
4+ years of experience in sales training (real estate / banking / BPO / related sectors).
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to designing 360° training modules (classroom + on-the-job).
Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams.
