Job Title: Commercial Inside Sales – Client Relations Manager Location : pune Department : Commercial Leasing & Strategy Experience Required : 2–5 years (Real Estate / B2B preferred) About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Commercial Inside Sales & Client Relations Manager to support our commercial real estate operations. This role involves in-house coordination and strategic sourcing of commercial properties, managing B2B client relations, and ensuring seamless transactions across stakeholders including landlords, brokers, and developers. Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate with real estate firms, commercial managers, landlords, and developers to source suitable commercial spaces. Provide accurate, updated information on commercial properties through online research and internal databases. Manage end-to-end leasing cycles for office and retail spaces including documentation and client coordination. Facilitate and schedule site visits, track property evaluations, and follow up with internal and external stakeholders. Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions, and divestments. Maintain and grow strategic B2B relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving. Regularly update Excel trackers, CRM tools, and property listings. Support the Sales & Business Development teams with market intelligence and lead qualification. Requirements : Proven experience in commercial leasing / real estate / B2B client management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical ability and proficiency in Excel and online property platforms. Organized, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple stakeholders and priorities. Knowledge of commercial property trends and legal aspects of leasing will be an advantage. Preferred Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Prior experience in a real estate consultancy, brokerage, or corporate leasing setup preferred.
