Job Opening: Sales Trainer International BPO (Bangalore)

About the Role:

Sales Trainer

Requirements:

Overall Experience:
Minimum 3 years in the BPO industry (
mandatory
).
Trainer Experience:
Minimum 1 year as a
Sales Trainer on paper
(
mandatory
).
Domain Advantage:
Prior experience in
e-commerce processes
will be a strong plus.
Language Skills:
Excellent communication in
English and Hindi (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct sales training sessions for new hires and existing teams.
Develop sales scripts, role-play activities, and performance improvement plans.
Analyze sales metrics and provide coaching for improvement.
Collaborate with operations to identify skill gaps and address them through structured training.
Ensure training effectiveness by tracking outcomes and conducting refreshers.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Strong facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to motivate, engage, and influence sales teams.
Experience in e-commerce sales processes will be an added advantage.
Passion for training and developing people.
