Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to enhance skills in B2C sales, inside sales, outbound sales, and telesales.
Develop customized training materials, presentations, and modules tailored to the specific needs of each team.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members, providing performance feedback and guidance for improvement.
Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistent training delivery and standards across multiple locations.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and best practices to incorporate into training programs.
