To conduct two high-impact sales training sessions for Alaris’s sales team with a strong focus on advanced B2B aviation sales techniques, using practical case studies and strategic tools to enhance real-world selling capability.
• Mandatory experience in the aviation industry, preferably in aircraft parts or aviation B2B sales
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and sales team leadership/training
• Strong knowledge of advanced sales processes, consultative selling, pipeline management, and CRM
• Experience delivering structured sales training sessions or workshops to mid-level professionals
• Must be able to deliver in-person sessions in Gurugram/New Delhi
• Strong communication, facilitation, and real-world case study integration skills
