Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer from the mobile industry who can drive training initiatives across multilingual sales teams. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic about coaching, passionate about mobile technology, and fluent in multiple South Indian languages along with Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct sales training programs for new and existing employees.
• Provide training on mobile product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
• Create training modules, SOPs, and presentations tailored to different store teams.
• Conduct regular performance assessments and identify training gaps.
• Deliver training sessions in multiple languages as per the team’s linguistic needs.
• Collaborate with store heads and operations to align training with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Trainer in the mobile/telecom industry.
• Strong product knowledge of smartphones and accessories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Good understanding of regional customer preferences and store sales behavior.
