Job Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales and/or training.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering high-impact sales training programs.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital training tools (LMS, Zoom, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver structured training programs for on boarding, up skilling, and continuous learning for the real estate sales team.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training content with strategic business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct training sessions on sales techniques, client engagement, objection handling, lead conversion, legal documentation, and CRM usage.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, manuals, SOPs, and interactive tools.
  • Implement role-playing, simulations, and real-life scenarios to enhance practical skills.
  • Monitor individual and team performance post-training to assess knowledge retention and skill application.
  • Analyse training effectiveness through KPIs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring for underperforming team members.
  • Stay current with industry regulations, real estate trends, and competitive practices to ensure relevance in training content.
