Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Team member at Panchal Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Team member will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves preparing sales reports, providing product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. Some work from home is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales strategy development, client outreach, and client relationship management
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the plastic recycling industry and products
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
