Role Description

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Sales Team in a full-time position, located in MIDC Bhosari, Pune. The candidate will be responsible for Sales of OWC, identifying business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, building strong customer relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring sales targets are met. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolving client inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to understanding market trends and contributing to business growth.

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads for OWC machines

• Meet builders, hotels, industries, housing societies, ULBs

• Conduct site assessments and propose suitable capacity

• Handle pricing, negotiations, and closures

• Follow up on tenders & GeM opportunities

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in capital equipment or B2B industrial sales

• Strong communication & negotiation skills

• Ability to travel and handle technical product demos

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building strong relationships
• Sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• Experience in client management, lead generation, and follow-ups
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in waste management or environmental solutions is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous
