You will be joining Panchal Plastic Machinery Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Team member based in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and meeting sales targets. Your tasks will also involve preparing sales reports, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts. This full-time hybrid role allows for some work from home flexibility. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in sales strategy development, client outreach, and client relationship management. Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of the plastic recycling industry and products is preferred, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is expected. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. Additionally, you should be willing to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
