Position Title: Business Development Executive – Telecalling (Nano Theatre Segment) (Alternate Titles: Lead Generation Executive / Telecalling Executive – AV Solutions) Job Profile / Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Telecalling:  Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in home theatres and AV solutions.  Explain Nano Theatre concept, benefits, and pricing.  Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and schedule meetings for the sales/design team. 2. Meeting Coordination:  Fix virtual or in-person meetings for senior team members with interested prospects.  Maintain daily calling targets and reporting. 3. Database Building:  Research and compile a comprehensive database of architects, interior designers, consultants, and HNI clients in Delhi NCR and other target regions.  Keep the database updated and categorized. 4. CRM & Reporting:  Maintain lead status and follow-ups in CRM tools or Excel trackers.  Prepare weekly MIS reports on lead conversion and calling performance. 5. Marketing Support (optional):  Share brochures, links, presentations with interested leads.  Coordinate with the marketing team for WhatsApp or email campaigns. Key Skills Required:  Good communication in English and Hindi  Basic understanding of luxury/interior products or AV solutions  Confidence in client interaction  Telecalling or sales experience preferred (1–3 years)  Knowledge of Excel, CRM tools, and internet research Educational Qualification:  Graduate in any field (preferred: Marketing, Mass Comm, or BBA) Experience:  1–3 years in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales, preferably in luxury products, interior, real estate, or AV industry Salary Range (Indicative):  ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (can vary based on experience)
