Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for direct sales in the B2B sector, engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for sales.



Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT, Government, PSU, Software, Hospitality, Travel, Automation, Automotive, and Education sectors.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client queries.

3. Sales Execution & Revenue Growth

  • Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

4. Industry-Specific Focus Areas:

  • IT & Software:

    Selling software solutions, IT services, SaaS products, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Government & PSU:

    Handling tenders, RFPs, and government procurement processes.
  • Hospitality & Travel:

    Selling hotel, airline, or travel management solutions.
  • Automation & Automotive:

    Offering industrial automation solutions and automotive products.
  • Education Sales:

    Selling EdTech solutions, training programs, and institutional partnerships.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:

    B.Tech / MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience:

    Open to freshers and experienced professionals. Categories include:
  • 0-1 year (Fresher)
  • 2-3 years of relevant sales experience
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IT, Government, PSU, Office, Software, Hospitality, Travel, Automotive, or Education Sales preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Organizational & Time Management Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales goals.

Travel:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and events as needed.
