Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote

  Digital Signage and Display solutions

  .
• Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
• Explain product offerings, pricing, and benefits to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the field sales team.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM tools or spreadsheets.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
• Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer responses.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to company communication guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  12th pass or graduate

  in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience

  in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (experience in B2B or technology solutions preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English; regional languages are a plus).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of

  Digital Signage, LED displays, or AV solutions

  is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, email etiquette).
