As a Sales personnel in the FTL division team, your role involves setting up & identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent people skills. Key Responsibilities: - Build & grow the sales team - Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Understand customer needs and propose suitable products/services. - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Generate leads, follow up, and convert prospects into customers. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote the company.
