Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and lead a team of sales representatives focused on promoting and selling our Product Trade Packages. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid background in B2B or retail trade marketing, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective trade package sales strategies in coordination with marketing and product teams. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and take proactive actions to improve results. Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners to promote trade packages. Conduct regular field visits to support team members and ensure the consistent execution of trade programs. Train new and existing team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management. Manage territory planning, resource allocation, and team performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
