Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to customers to promote products/services, resolve queries, or provide support, depending on the process. Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers. Handle inbound customer queries and resolve issues professionally. Provide information about products/services and generate leads. Maintain call records and update CRM/database systems accurately. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and conversion. Follow communication scripts and comply with company and regulatory guidelines. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
