Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Kolkata. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, addressing inquiries about properties, managing follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. The role includes maintaining an updated database, providing excellent customer support, and building rapport with clients to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to effectively interact with clients.
• Proficiency in maintaining records and using telecommunications systems efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of real estate or prior experience in telesales is advantageous.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales objectives.
• Good time management and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in multiple languages relevant to the client base will be a plus.
