Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing property management operations, administering leases, and managing both residential and commercial real estate portfolios. Day-to-day tasks include liaising with property owners, tenants, and vendors, ensuring compliance with lease terms, and handling lease renewals and negotiations. The role also involves property inspections, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficiency in Property Management and Lease Administration skills Expertise in managing Leases and understanding lease agreements Experience in Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate transactions Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to handle multiple properties and tasks simultaneously Relevant property management or real estate certifications are a plus Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
