Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential/commercial real estate projects.
  
• Generate leads through various channels (field visits, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms).
  
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and recommend suitable properties.
  
• Coordinate property site visits and explain project details to clients.
  
• Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
  
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  
• Stay updated with market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
  
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and communicate progress to management.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or business development.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  
• Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
  
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
  
• Good understanding of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market (preferred).
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
