Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Team Leader who can not only achieve individual sales targets but also lead a team of sales executives towards consistent success. The ideal candidate should be passionate about IT services, especially website development, and should have a proven track record of performance and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives with a focus on target achievement and timely delivery.

Achieve personal and team sales targets as set by the management.

Promote and sell companys website design & development services to potential clients.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and support to improve productivity.

Build strong relationships with clients and provide solutions based on their needs.

Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads into confirmed sales.

Create and track daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and dashboards.

Motivate the team to perform at high levels through positive leadership and

result-oriented strategies.

Work closely with internal departments (like delivery and design teams) to ensure seamless execution.

Participate actively in meetings, planning, and forecasting of sales strategies.
