Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Operations Analyst located in Gurugram. The Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting sales strategies, analyzing sales data, optimizing sales processes, and collaborating with finance teams. Day-to-day tasks include tracking sales performance, generating reports, and ensuring seamless operations within the sales team.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret sales data
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration
• Experience in Sales and understanding of sales processes
• Knowledge of Finance as it relates to sales operations
• Proficiency in Sales Operations and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
