As a Sales Team Lead for Distance & Online Higher-Education Programs in the India Market at Karm International Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving enrolments for premier Indian universities" degree programs. Your primary responsibilities will include leading and motivating the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies for distance/online programs, engaging with clients through consultative interactions, and leveraging data-driven insights for continual process improvement. You will be expected to recruit, train, and supervise sales counsellors, analyze market trends, maintain collaborative relationships with university partners, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver coherent messaging tailored to the local audience. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of proven success in sales leadership within the distance/online higher-education or education-consultancy sectors. Strong team management, customer service, and consultative selling skills are essential, along with the ability to transform data into strategic action. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, persuasive presentation abilities, and a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline are required. An advanced degree would be an advantage.
