Technical Support: Providing technical assistance to customers, dealers, and other staff, addressing their questions and concerns. Customer Service: Addressing customer complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with clients. Training: Providing training to dealer personnel on the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of tractor attachments. Preventive Maintenance: Implementing preventative maintenance schedules and procedures to extend the life of equipment. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of repairs, maintenance work, and parts inventory. Parts Sales: Possibly being involved in the sales of spare parts and accessories for tractor attachments. Process Improvement: Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.
