As a Channel Partner Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners within your assigned territory. You will be tasked with managing the sales activities of partners to generate revenue and ensure alignment with the company's sales goals. By coordinating with partners, you will create and execute business plans to drive sales, analyze market trends, and develop strategies to increase brand awareness. In this role, you will be responsible for handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Super HNI clients on a daily basis. You will be the key point of contact for these clients, providing them with up-to-date information about new products and enhancements. Additionally, you will work on developing process improvements to optimize partner management activities and enhance the overall customer experience. Evaluating channel partner sales performance will be a crucial part of your role, as you will need to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to drive sales growth. Educating partners about the product portfolio and complementary services offered by the company will also be an essential aspect of your job. You will play a vital role in addressing partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing matters in a timely manner. Managing the sales pipeline, forecasting monthly sales, and identifying new business opportunities will be integral to your success in this role. Building positive working relationships with partners, staying informed about the latest developments in the marketplace, and understanding competitor activities will be key to driving business growth. Collaborating with partners to develop sales proposals, quotations, and pricing will be part of your regular responsibilities. You will also be expected to deliver customer presentations, attend sales meetings, and participate in partner conferences to showcase the company's offerings and build strong relationships with partners. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) department to ensure that all customer queries are addressed promptly. You will be responsible for forwarding customer issues to the CRM team for resolution and submitting Management Information System (MIS) reports as required. Handling client criticism and comments in a positive manner will be crucial to maintaining a strong reputation and fostering customer loyalty. Additionally, you may be required to assist the manager in tasks such as recruiting, training, and developing business plans to support the overall growth and success of the channel partner program.
