Job Description

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and operationalizing the Marketing and Sales processes, sales support infrastructure, and sales training in the designated area. Operation and maintenance of the tools specific to sales process applying operational excellence methodologies and providing solutions and services to assigned organizations, in the Lead Business multi-countries for Electrification Business Area.
The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite.
The role You will be working as Sales Support Specialist for Marketing & Sales Function and you will support for the Electrification Smart Buildings Business, to be based at Bangalore, India. You will be reporting to Sales Support Manager
You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Supports the implementation of key sales processes (lead management, opportunity tracking, quotation conversion, forecasting) to ensure alignment and efficiency.
  • Deploys and monitors KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high performance in sales operations.
  • Conducts lost opportunity analysis, evaluates causes, and recommends corrective actions in coordination with sales and business units.
  • Manages deployment of sales tools and enabling technologies, providing updates, resolving issues, and ensuring user use across the assigned area.
  • Develops and enhances reporting tools, distributes market intelligence, and provides essential insights to sales leaders for performance improvement.
  • Analyzes order and payment behaviors, focusing on product mix and order entry methods to improve operational and sales efficiency.
Qualifications for the role:
  • Holds a bachelors degree in a relevant field.
  • Possesses 7-10 years of experience in sales support and process development.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the complete commercial operations cycle: Opportunity Order Cash.
  • Practical experience in executing projects related to quotation tool implementation.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Conga, Order Management Systems (OMS), Business Online, MuleSoft, and SAP SD/MM.
  • Experienced in testing tools, user activities, and Go-Live support.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and related commercial processes, including operation and maintenance of sales tools.
  • Proficient in cost modelling, data analysis, and advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
