About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing sales operations and data management of assigned projects including,
• Process quotations: Upon receipt of client s RFQ, execute the quotes in accordance with internal SOP and supportive tools. Data generation and management of the quotes in Zoho CRM.
• Daily coordination with Sales Front office on ongoing matters, RFQs and orders
• When necessary, execute specific additional tasks appointed to you by the SSA Supervisor.
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
• Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Desired Candidate

Graduate with 0-5 years experience in Sales Administration / Back office / Sales operations functions preferably with Pharmaceutical Company

• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A team player with high level of dedication

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Science/Pharmacy

  (B.Pharm / M.Pharm/B.Tech/Biotechnology preferred).
