Sales Support Manager

As a Sales Support Manager at MODIFI, your role will be crucial in supporting the Senior Sales Manager with global accounts and contributing to the company's mission to revolutionize international trade. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Senior Sales Manager with global accounts - Communicate with international trading partners and internal stakeholders - Manage sales functions and processes via Salesforce - Proactively engage potential clients through outbound communication efforts - Build strong relationships with clients and channel partners - Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments - Advocate for customer needs and drive product localization and improvements Qualifications Required: - Hungry, infectious personality with a hunter mentality - Ability to initiate conversations with potential customers and maintain energy and curiosity - Basic knowledge of corporate documents and KYC procedures - Process-oriented and methodical approach with excellent follow-up skills - 2+ years of experience in high transaction volume sales, preferably in Financial Services, FinTech, Trade Finance, or B2B business - Passion for small and medium-sized businesses, international trade, and digital trade finance - Strong communication skills with stakeholders and small business owners - Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments - Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - MBA degree or equivalent practical experience Location Preference: Mumbai About MODIFI: MODIFI offers a dynamic work environment with a diverse team of professionals from over 16 different nationalities and backgrounds.
