Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Business Development Manager for a specific region, your main responsibility is to drive sales and develop new business opportunities in the designated area. You will be in charge of leading a sales team, setting and meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Track and record sales activities, set achievable sales targets, and strive to meet sales goals - Acquire new clients, engage with existing clients, and nurture customer relationships - Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the sales representatives - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while keeping an eye on competitors - Develop sales strategies, forecast sales projections, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement - Travel to various locations to meet with sales teams and collaborate with other sales managers Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2+ years of experience in any sales or marketing role - Graduates from any discipline are eligible to apply - Priority will be given to local candidates aged between 24-38 years Additional Company Details: Contact Person: Shobhna | Contact Number: 7623836869 Please note that this job requires in-person work at the designated location.
