Job Description

As a Sales Support Associate at bp's Customers & Products BTC in Pune, India, you will play a vital role in ensuring an outstanding customer experience for fleet customers and channel partners. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing support to the assigned area and working within the TA Fleet team - Assisting in maintaining a high level of service for current customers - Supporting business development execution and new account generation - Coordinating Sales Manager deal negotiations, account planning, and account reviews - Gathering customer and industry insights to drive the Sales strategy - Coordinating customer set up requests in ABS and Salesforce - Managing customer contractual commitments and supporting various assigned tasks - Being the single point of contact for building customer relationships and managing marketing programs - Ensuring bp's safety, risk, and compliance culture and expectations are met To excel in this role, you should have: - 2-5 years of experience supporting Sales, Supply, Marketing, and/or finance organizations - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint - Proven project management and/or coordination experience - Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce - Knowledge of Power BI, Big Data Analytics, US commercial and contractual terms, US Fuels and convenience, US geography - Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English - Critical thinking skills, foundational knowledge of accounting principles, customer and account relationship management skills, and risk mitigation abilities You will work closely with various teams within bp, including the Fleet Sales team, Customers, Legal, Marketing, Supply, Demand Management, Customer Excellence Team, Technology Team, Franchise Team, bp Pulse, and bp Corp Tax Team. The shift timing for this role is from 5:30 pm to 2:30 am IST, and negligible travel is expected. Relocation assistance is available within the country, and remote working is not an option for this position. Your skills in channel management, customer promise execution, customer service design, delivering an effortless customer experience, demand management, digital fluency, internal alignment, negotiating value, offer and product knowledge, operational pricing, sales forecasting/demand planning, sector, market, customer, and competitor understanding, and using insights dashboards will be essential in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
