Role Objective:
Support the sales team in documentation, quotation preparation, data management, and coordination across departments. Identify new Potential Green projects, generate leads and arrange demos / meeting with clients
Role Responsibilities:
· Manage inquiries and maintain lead tracking sheets / CRM dashboards.
· Prepare standard quotation templates and coordinate with design & costing teams.
· Follow-up for customer clarifications, documents, and payments.
· Prepare bid documentation and ensure timely submission.
· Coordinate with production and stores for dispatch updates.
· Generate weekly and monthly sales MIS reports
Maintain customer database, marketing materials, and presentation decks.
· Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation.
· Experience: 1-2 years in capital equipment or automation sales / pre sales (preferably pharma domain).
· Skills: Strong technical understanding, communication, and negotiation ability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
