WFM Logistics Executive Executive Summary: Candidate who has at least 2+ years experience in working in a US patients logistics and planning based company Should be sound in United States geography at state and county level Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills Analytical skills should be decent too involving studying performance trends and making decisions accordingly Experience in working on Power BI would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities: Providers planning based on client goals and capacity Maximizing screenings and increase home visits for providers Daily member inventory review and membership release Oversight on deliverables and internal audits Strong coordination with other cross functional teams and raising requirements and can escalate things as per the escalation matrix Maintain internal teams trackers to gauge progress on deliverables Provide end to end support to internal as well as external customers Monitoring the Teams/Internal Chat groups for queries throughout the day and timely addressing it Always maintain high quality standards in delivery of work Performing review/audits on critical deliverables requiring a second level check Coordination and follow up with other departments for deliverables, exhibit outstanding team player skills Active contribution to the adherence of departmental/organizational SLAs with clients Achieve individual and teams KPIs benchmarks. Skills and Competencies: Good communication skills, verbal and written. Should be able to seamlessly communicate with our onshore team Moderate to Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Excel Knowledge of MS Outlook and moderate to expert proficiency in email exchanges Experience in Power BI and SQL would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities: Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy & Launches Develop and own GTM strategies for new and existing services/products, ensuring successful market introduction and adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Delivery, Pre-Sales) to align messaging and positioning. Messaging & Positioning Craft differentiated value propositions, key messaging frameworks, and competitive positioning that resonate with target audiences. Translate complex technical offerings into clear, benefit-driven marketing assets. Sales Enablement Create sales collateral, pitch decks, battlecards, and solution briefs to support field enablement. Conduct training sessions and build sales playbooks to empower the sales and inside sales teams. Customer & Market Insights Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategy and messaging. Use insights to continuously refine positioning and identify emerging trends or whitespace opportunities.
