Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
• Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Digital Sales & Marketing

• Use digital platforms (LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, CRM) to generate and nurture leads.
• Utilize analytics tools to track sales performance and customer engagement.
• Support the marketing team in digital campaigns, content promotion, and online branding.
• Implement digital outreach strategies to expand market presence.

Customer Management

• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.
• Handle customer queries, negotiate terms, and prepare proposals.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with digital tools: CRM software, MS Office, social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, ads, analytics) is an added advantage.
