Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Indore. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth by building and nurturing strong client relationships. Daily tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, managing sales processes, and training clients or team members as needed. Additionally, the role will involve implementing sales strategies and contributing to achieving team and organizational sales goals. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively. Proficiency in sales and sales management to achieve targets and drive revenue growth. Experience in training and supporting team members or clients as required. Proactive problem-solving abilities, goal-oriented with a results-focused approach. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Prior experience in the manufacturing or export industry is a plus.
