Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Kochi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales activities, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product presentations, collaborating with team members, and supporting sales management initiatives to grow market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their requirements.
• Proficiency in Sales and Training to identify new opportunities, achieve set targets, and share product knowledge with team members and clients.
• Experience in Sales Management to strategize, track progress, and ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a competitive on-site sales environment.
• Familiarity with the luxury goods or interior design industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
