Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Property Sales & Client Engagement:

  • ⁠ ⁠Proactively engage potential buyers through calls, meetings, and site visits.
  • ⁠ ⁠Convert high-quality leads into successful deals by understanding customer needs and offering the right properties.
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide detailed property consultations, including pricing, financing options, and ROI insights.
  • ⁠ ⁠Conduct property tours and create immersive experiences that help clients envision their dream property.

2. Lead Generation & Relationship Management:

  • ⁠ ⁠Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
  • ⁠ ⁠Stay in touch with past clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

3. Marketing & Business Development:

  • ⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance sales campaigns and promotions.
  • ⁠ ⁠Utilize social media, CRM, and real estate platforms to attract buyers.
  • ⁠ ⁠Represent Shiv Realty at property expos, networking events, and open houses.

4. Market Knowledge & Industry Expertise:

  • ⁠ ⁠Stay updated with real estate trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
  • ⁠ ⁠Provide clients with accurate insights on property values, investment potential, and legal processes.
  • ⁠ ⁠Adapt sales strategies based on changing market conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of active real estate sales experience .
  • Sales Skills: Strong closing skills, persuasive communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Go-Getter Attitude: Someone who is self-driven, target-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
  • Communication: Fluency in English .
  • Tech Savvy: Familiar with CRM tools, real estate platforms (99acres, MagicBricks, Housing, Common floor), and digital lead generation.
  • Must Have: A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for client meetings.
