You will be the core driver of conversion and revenue for our B2C services. Your mission is to



Key Responsibilities

1. Telecalling System & Process Optimisation

  • System Setup (Mandatory):

    Design, implement, and optimise a highly efficient telecalling setup.

    Experience in setting up scalable and efficient telecalling operations

    in hyper-growth environments (e.g., PolicyBazaar, GoMechanic, or similar) is essential.
  • CRM Expertise:

    Act as the

    CRM expert

    , ensuring the platform is utilised optimally for lead management, conversion tracking, sales automation, and performance reporting.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:

    Define the daily, weekly, and monthly sales strategy to maximise service bookings, focusing on conversion rates, lead quality, and funnel velocity.


2. Team Leadership & Training

  • Team Management:

    Build, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Promoters (Tele callers), fostering a high-energy, goal-oriented sales culture.
  • Training & Coaching:

    Develop and implement rigorous training modules for

    communication, negotiation, objection handling, and deal closing

    .
  • Performance Management:

    Set clear KPIs and monitor team performance daily, providing real-time coaching and managing incentives.


3. Revenue Generation & Client Handling

  • Upselling & Cross-selling:

    Implement effective scripts and strategies to maximize revenue through the

    upselling and cross-selling

    of premium services, packages, and D2C products.
  • Client Handling & Objection Management:

    Ensure the team is adept at handling customer queries, managing objections, and maintaining high client satisfaction while pushing for the close.
  • Go-Getter Mindset:

    Instil an aggressive, results-oriented

    "go-getter"

    mindset within the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.



Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    5+ years

    of professional experience in leading and scaling large-scale

    Telesales

    or Telecalling teams.
  • Scale & Setup (Mandatory):

    Proven, verifiable experience in

    setting up or significantly enhancing efficient telecalling setups

    within high-volume service or consumer-tech organizations.
  • Technical Acumen:

    Expert proficiency in CRM systems

    and sales automation tools. You must understand how to leverage technology to drive efficiency in telesales.
  • Sales Fundamentals:

    Demonstrated expertise in all facets of the sales cycle, including

    communication, negotiation, objection handling, and deal closing

    .
  • Industry Fit:

    Prior experience in hyperlocal services, insurance, financial services, or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
  • Leadership:

    Strong team management and client handling skills with a focus on delivering quantifiable revenue growth.
