This position is Open for PAN India Location Position Title: Sales Specialist / Executive Location: PAN India (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 cities) Salary Range: ₹4.0 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA (Includes performance bonus of ₹1 Lakh) + Incentives + Perks + TA + DA Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream | Master’s/MBA preferred Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in Sales About the Role: We are looking for dynamic, field-oriented Sales Specialists/Executives who are ready to drive business growth in Retail and SME segments across India. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in direct sales and a passion for engaging customers in-person and closing deals. Key Responsibilities: Daily on-field engagement with potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Outreach through personal visits, cold calling, emails, and other field activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with new customers. Present tailored endpoint protection and network solutions. Achieve individual sales targets set for Retail & SME segments. Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the sales cycle. Candidate Profile: Industry Background (Preferred): IT, Telecom, Broadband, Mobility SIM card sales/distribution Credit card sales/promotions B2B (Business-to-Business), B2C (Business-to-Customer) FMCG or any strong field sales experience Must-Have Requirements: BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) – Personal phone required (Company will provide SIM) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage field sales operations effectively What We Offer: Competitive salary package + performance bonus + incentives Daily allowances (TA/DA) Career growth opportunities across PAN India Supportive team and product training
