Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Trivandrum. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and managing customer inquiries. This role involves conducting training sessions for new team members, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing sales activities to meet targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will help maintain store presentation and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Experience in conducting Training sessions
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
