Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Thane with some work from home flexibility for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as reaching out to potential clients, offering exceptional customer service, managing sales inquiries, and developing training materials for new team members. The role involves maintaining sales records, generating sales reports, and contributing to sales strategy discussions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and Sales Management skills
• Experience in creating and delivering Training programs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales-related tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Understanding of technology and innovation-driven businesses is an advantage
