Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the features and benefits of Two-Wheeler and Personal Loan products.

  • Handle inbound queries related to loan eligibility, documentation, and application status.

  • Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into customers.

  • Guide customers through the loan application process and assist with documentation requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and loan conversion.

  • Provide excellent customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.

  • 0 to 7 years of experience in Telecalling/Tele-sales/Customer Support (BFSI experience preferred).

  • Good communication skills in English and local languages (Hindi/Kannada/Tamil, etc.).

  • Basic knowledge of loan products will be an added advantage.

  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

Compensation:
