Finle is a fast-growing financial services company focused on providing tailored vehicle and equipment financing solutions. With a growing dealer network and innovative products, we are building a robust national presence and looking for driven sales professionals to be part of our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Dealer Engagement & Sales Growth:

  • Visit dealerships across India to promote Finle’s finance offerings.
  • Generate and convert leads into active finance cases.
  • Identify high-potential dealers and onboard them into Finle’s network.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads..

Target Achievement & Reporting:

  • Achieve monthly sales and finance file targets.
  • Maintain daily visit records and sales reports.
  • Submit performance and activity updates to reporting manager regularly.

New Dealer Onboarding & Relationship Management:

  • Conduct regular dealer visits for relationship strengthening and pipeline growth.
  • Explain finance schemes, processes, and benefits to new dealers.
  • Help onboard new dealerships to Finle’s system and train staff on finance processes.

Company Partnerships & Business Expansion:

  • Reach out to new companies, OEMs, or vehicle aggregators for potential finance partnerships.
  • Present Finle’s offerings and value proposition for bulk or B2B sales collaboration.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Attend and participate in roadshows, finance camps, and marketing events organized by Finle.
  • Identify untapped regions or dealers where Finle can expand its business.
  • Coordinate with the tech/ops team for timely dealer KYC, login issues, and dashboard training.
  • Work with minimal supervision and manage field operations independently.
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and ethics in all dealer and customer interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with dealers and field partners.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales or finance-related experience (automobile/finance industry preferred).
  • Basic understanding of vehicle finance documentation and dealership processes.
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude.
