Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting Beat Education’s products and services to potential clients, including students, educational institutions, and corporate partners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Beat Education’s client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our educational solutions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to position Beat Education effectively.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on customer needs and market demands.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software (leadsquare, HubSpot) is a plus.
