Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Nagpur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales activities, identifying customer needs, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves providing training to new team members and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to provide effective Training and support to new team members
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to meet sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the steel or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
