Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, training new team members, and managing sales activities. The role will require close interaction with the sales management team to strategize and implement sales plans effectively.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for new team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the FMCG sector is a plus
• Proficiency in using sales software and tools
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
