Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Jaipur. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales training, and managing the sales process. The role will involve day-to-day interactions with clients to meet their needs and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for the sales team
• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• Relevant experience in the banking or non-banking sector is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
