✅ Manage collections for 30–60 days and 60–90 days DPD (Days Past Due) buckets
✅ Achieve zero NPA (Non-Performing Assets) and maintain high collection efficiency
✅ Conduct field visits for follow-ups, payment collections, and customer interactions
✅ Coordinate effectively with dealers and internal teams
✅ Handle bounce cases and ensure timely Collection
🔹 Must be willing to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh
🔹 Two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (mandatory)
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Experience in collections or related field preferred
