Job Summary:

Sales representative & Sales Manager professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Account Management:

  • Develop and manage relationships with major corporate, institutional, and government clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention through regular engagement and support.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within existing accounts.
  • Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in pharmaceutical and surgical disposable markets.
  • Prepare and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
  • Coordinate with distributors, channel partners, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
  • Channel Management:

  • Appoint, train, and manage channel partners/distributors.
  • Monitor stock levels, pricing, and performance across the distribution network.
  • Develop promotional activities to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
  • Institutional & Government Business:

  • Handle tenders, rate contracts, and empanelment’s with government and institutional clients.
  • Liaise with purchasing authorities and ensure compliance with institutional procurement processes.
  • Sales & Promotion:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement programs.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategy.


Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Graduate / Post Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, or Business Administration (MBA).
  • Experience:

    5–10 years of experience in

    Sales & Marketing

    within

    Pharmaceutical and/or Surgical Disposable

    industries.
  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in handling key accounts and institutional business.
  • Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
  • Strong analytical and market understanding.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Compensation:

Compensation: ₹5–7 LPA (based on experience and skill fit)
