As a real estate sales professional with over 3 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and referrals, managing channel partners, and coordinating with them effectively. Your responsibilities will include regular follow-ups with both clients and channel partners, participating in promotional activities and events, and working towards achieving team goals and targets. You will be responsible for handling clients from the beginning to the end of the process, engaging in face-to-face selling and pitches, and actively participating in site visits. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide executives when needed.
